About Us

With more than 30 years in the hospitality industry, owner Cayman Sinclair has learned how to please palettes.He and The Lakehouse team have explored all genres of the culinary world from local Louisiana fare to sushi bars and everywhere in between.

 

We offer full-service catering, whether it be a plated dinner for 30 guests, a wedding for 150 or film production, festival or disaster relief catering of 1000+. Our fleet of equipment has traveled to Chicago for Lollapalooza, California, Texas & Florida for Disaster Relief, Nashville for the NFL Draft, Atlanta for numerous movies and the list goes on. Locally, we have fed private wedding and event clients and talent such as Beyonce, Tom Cruise, Eva Longoria and so many more.

In addition to catering on location wherever our clients may need us, we are in the works on a shareable plates restaurant & bar on the Mandeville lakefront, Aperitif Spritz & Bites!
