Cayman Sinclair

With a passion for people and food, it only made sense that after 25 years in the restaurant industry, Cayman Sinclair would open his own restaurant/venue and catering company, The Lakehouse. His career includes having worked for Kenny LaCour and Kim Kringlie at Dakota Restaurant as well as having partnered with his brothers in opening and running Louisiana Grill.
Since 2009 when The Lakehouse opened, Cayman has expanded the business from restaurant and special events catering to catering for disaster relief efforts and the ever-growing film and festival industries that New Orleans has become home to.
Cayman's latest venture is the purchase of Maison Lafitte with his brother Daniel Sinclair. This special events venue offers the same historical elements of The Lakehouse with a more classical design aesthetic.

Whether it be on- or off-site, Sara adds the wow factor that will leave your guests celebrating far beyond your party.
